Returns

You have a right to return products purchased through shop.storyhouseegmont.co.uk if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the magazine is unopened and in a resaleable condition, you can return it to us and receive a full refund. Please note that we do not supply free returns postage labels and returning products that are not faulty or damaged will be at a cost to you.
