Why do I need to submit a request?
We know its sometimes easier to pick up a phone and speak to someone but over the years we've discovered that the majority of questions being asked can be answered with a simple online article.
This system lets you ask a question and relevant articles will be displayed with the aim of answering your query.
Asking you to ‘Submit a request’ means that we can understand issues and spot trends more easily and take proactive steps to fix problems you might be having. It's harder to do that if everything is done over the phone.
Finally, there are many people in the company who look after lots of different areas. This system allows us to very rapidly forward issues to them so that they can respond much faster.
